In order to keep providing health services to the youth we organized a health awareness camp in Sanat Roy Chowdhury Primary Institution on 8th March, 2018.
The activity was started from 10:00 Am in the morning and around 40 students participated in the program. The students were taught about the healthy practices that one should follow on a daily basis to stay away from illness. The participants were also suggested to adopt good habits like washing hands properly with soap before dining, using toilet for sanitation and eating nutritious foods like green vegetables, fish, egg, meat etc.
The value of nutrition were shared with people through an awareness program. They were informed how important it is to choose nutritious food in our diet to maintain immunity and strength. Also, Vitamine organized a blood grouping test.
Members of Vitamine family believes that everybody should know their blood group as it can be a great help during emergency. Along with the mentioned activities, providing healthcare support for different diseases with no cost was also a part of the program that day.
